PerformrSCRIPT

A writing studio for the performing arts. Scripts in real screenplay or stage-play format, a cast list that assembles itself as you type, and an outline board where moving a scene moves the pages.

What PerformrSCRIPT does

• Write in real script format from the first line, with the editor handling character cues, dialogue, and parentheticals
• Watch the cast list assemble itself as you type, with a live line count for every character
• Work the outline board, where every scene is a card with its summary, its speakers, and its page count, and moving a card reorders the script
• Print one actor their sides, their lines and cues only, straight from the script
• Keep ideas, stray lines, research, and to-dos in a notebook beside the draft
• Export a screenplay in industry-standard Courier or a stage play in Times, title page included, plus Final Draft files and a production report
• Paste text or drop a PDF from another tool and get editable lines back, with the cast pulled out
• Send a finished script to PerformrSTAGE, where it becomes a production with cast and scene speakers attached

Pricing

PerformrSCRIPT is in open beta. The studio is free while the product is built with working writers and educators, and there is no public price yet.
